  • What Support Features Do You Have Available?

 

We offer several different types of support to ensure that you get the most value for your purchase. The Help program, which is built into the software, is available via a single key stroke to walk users through each screen. We also offer a printed manual that describes our clinical tools in detail and also helps users become familiar with ClientMinder. It offers suggestions for improving both the quality and accuracy of the assessment process, and it even provides clinicians with needed support materials. In addition, each stand alone license allows access to our training and support features that are provided online.

 
  • What Training Options Do You Have Available?

 

YourCustomWare includes full on-site training for your staff when you purchase the system.  The training will be using your actual system with its customized automatic activities. We will tailor training sessions based upon the different functions utilized by your Clinical, Accounting, Administration, and Support Staffs, so that a more in-depth knowledge of ClientMinder can be covered in a shorter amount of time. Also, we will do a follow-up session and review to answer any questions you might have during your initial weeks of using the system.

Server and workstations – Windows® 98/ME/2000/XP. Uses Microsoft’s freely distributed SQL Desktop Database Engine or Full Microsoft SQL Server for larger organizations. Completely scalable from 1 to 100+ users.
